Package and send
Box the unit with padding around both flanges, bag it to keep soot in, tape securely. Any tracked courier works.

We clean and test
Inspection on arrival, deep clean, before/after pressure and flow testing, photo evidence. 48-hour turnaround from arrival.

Back to you, tracked
Returned by tracked courier with the test data and completion certificate. Refit and go.
Packaging that survives the courier
- ·Bag the unit first — a loaded DPF sheds soot in transit
- ·Solid box with padding at both ends; the flanges take the knocks
- ·Include your name, phone number and enquiry reference inside the box
- ·Photograph the unit before sending — you'll have a condition record, and so will we on arrival
